This podcast is all about healing. Healing your relationship with food and fitness and rest but also learning about healing your physical body of sickness or injuries and healing your mind of anxiety, addictions and more.
I teach from an Intuitive Eating perspective but also a Full Gospel perspective of what the Bible says about how to receive healing.
It truly is the heart of God for all mankind to walk in the health that is part of the salvation package that Jesus paid for us.
